Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit Requirement:

50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. 2. Cancellation Before 60 Days of the Event:

• If the booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the event date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

3. Cancellation Within 60 Days of the Event:

• If the booking is cancelled within 60 days of the event date, the deposit is nonrefundable.

4. Full Payment Requirement:

• The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event.

5. Cancellation Within Two Weeks of the Event:

• If the booking is cancelled within two weeks of the event date, the full payment is nonrefundable.
